About the Teapot

• Refined and reinterpreted from the traditional Xishi teapot form, this design builds upon a classic silhouette. Much like engaging with EDC pieces, tea culture often serves the same purpose — promoting calmness, relieving stress, and encouraging thoughtful reflection.

• Ratchet Version: The unique internal ratchet mechanism delivers a distinctive “teapot-opening” sound along with tactile vibration feedback. The handle features a modular design, with feedback presented through a ringing finger loop, allowing for convenient future component swaps.

• Ding-Ding Version: By adjusting the spring length, bead size, spring tension distribution, and the upper-lower pairing between the spring and bead, you can tune virtually countless variations of “ding-ding” sound profiles and tactile feedback.
